No doubt other tops that accompany us forever, at least in Andalusia, is "Lagrimitas de pollo" Chicken tears, a recipe that combines simplicity and flavor. So we get down to work.

* Minced fresh parsley
* Flour
* Egg
* Bread Crumbs
* Sal
Then, prepare 3 dishes one or two beaten eggs , depending on the size of the breast , flour and breadcrumbs. First had the chicken in flour , then in egg mixture until they are completely covered and finally the breadcrumbs .
Once you have the right "lagrimitas" fry the patties in skillet or fryer as get used to fry .
When browned to the table along with some mayonnaise or aioli for dipping and if you are in good company because if not better .... ummm ! More for you!

First will split the chicken breast into strips about 5 cm and the thickness of a finger.
